Shipping area
Delivery to all EU countries – except Cyprus, Malta and certain islands – which can be selected when you filling your delivery address. Please use the biomenu.hu website to order to Hungary.
Method of shipping
Handover and delivery by a parcel delivery company to any address determined by the Customer, e.g. at a residential address or a workplace.
Parcel tracking
We will transmit the goods ordered and in stock to the parcel delivery company within one working day.
We allow you to track and trace your parcel online, so you can check the exact location of your parcel at any moment.
When we post the parcel, we will send you an email in which you can find the method of shipping, the parcel monitoring reference as well as the track and trace code (parcel number) for which you can make a query.
Shipping fees
We will inform you about the shipping fees on the Shopping Cart or Checkout pages, depending on the method of shipping selected. You can view this information before sending your order and you can modify the options selected according to your needs.
Other provisions
When you order several products, we will deliver all of the products at the same time, thus the shipping time will be determined by the product with the longest delivery time. In the event of scarcity of goods, we will get in touch with you and discuss the possibilities.
ATTENTION! If the Customer cancels the order after the parcel has been posted, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
In the event of a delay in delivery or the partial or complete failure of an order, we shall not bear any liability for the transaction.
