Our organic cordyceps sinensis mycelium extract powder (1:1) is an orange-brown colored fine powder constituting of cordyceps mushroom and is classified as a food supplement. Our variety is Cordyceps Sinensis; the most well-known species of cordyceps mushrooms. A fungus that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 1500 years, it was first discovered by Tibetan herdsmen at high altitude growing on the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau who consumed cordyceps to help support with their physical exertion. Nowadays, it continues to grow in popularity due to its many purported health benefits. Our cordyceps powder is dehydrated at low emperatures to increase the bioavailability of the nutrients and is commonly consumed steeped in hot water as a tea.
Its production is certified to EU organic certification according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and Great British Organic Standards by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.
It can be taken easily and practically in the capsule version.
