Orders received by 12:00 AM, will be passed to the courier company on business days at the early afternoon. Will be delivered at next business day to the shipping address, entered by you.
We allow you to track and trace your parcel online, so you can check the exact location of your pack at any time. We’ll send you an email in which you can find the method of shipping, as your shipment dispatched. It is contains monitoring reference as well as the track and trace code (parcel number) for which you can make a query.
GLS will send you an email about the scheduled delivery date first, and then send an SMS on the morning of the delivery date with a 3 hour time window. Parcel delivery will be completed on the next working day, followed the picking date, between 8 am and 5 pm. In case of cash on delivery, you can also pay in cash or by bank card at the courier.
Three delivery attempts! We will notify the recipient by e-mail, when the parcel dispatched, that package will be delivered the next working day. The email will include the package number and the amount of payment, in case of cash on delivery. At morning of the day of delivery, the consignee will be notified of the courier’s telephone number, the GLS Customer Service telephone number, and a 3-hour time window of expected delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, an email notification will be sent to the recipients. Through the link provided in the e-mail, consignee can record a delivery order in which he can request delivery at a new time, to another address or personal collection at a GLS ParcelShop selected from a specified list.

We provide the ability to track your package online so you can see where your package is at any time. When we ship the package, we will send you an email with the shipping method, and tracking link with the parcel number.
If your mobile number entered, GLS will send you an SMS when the goods can be picked up. There are 5 working days for the delivery, upon presentation of a valid identity document within the opening hours of the parcel point. GLS will send a re-notification (e-mail), on the second and fourth working days, if the goods are still in the parcelshop.
