- 1-1.5 packets baking powder
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- approx. 30 g erythritol (to taste)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 100 g dark chocolate
- shredded coconut
Preparation
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine them into a smooth batter.
- Lightly grease a bundt pan with coconut oil, then pour in the batter.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 30 minutes.
- Coat the finished cake with dark chocolate melted over steam, then sprinkle with shredded coconut and grated dark chocolate.
