What discounts are there?

WE OFFER MANY REGULAR AND OCCASIONAL DISCOUNTS

15% BioMenu+ Discount, for our logged-in customers!

If you register in our webshop and log in, we will give you a 15% discount on those products that do not have a discount or have a discount of less than 15%.

If you have already registered and are now logged in, you will see the 15% reduced prices.

If there is a larger sale, that will be valid, the discounts will not be added together.

30% daily offers, for our logged-in customers!

Every day we offer 30% off a few randomly selected products.

On weekdays, we offer 3-3 products, and on weekends, 20 products with this discount.

Discounted products with a 40-50% discount

Products are listed here because of the following: they have a short shelf life, their packaging is aesthetically defective or damaged, they are on sale.

After the "best before" date, the product can still be consumed, but its original quality is only guaranteed until this date.

Unlike "best before", "best before" means that there may be some changes in the color, taste, texture, and effectiveness of the ingredients.

In our web store, you can order products with a later shelf life at the normal selling price. Please look for our products with the same name that we have not marked with the "Product nearing the expiration date" label!

We occasionally hold 30-40% holiday sales

However, the 15% BioMenu+ Discount is not valid, because the holiday sale offers a greater discount.

Discounts are given from the normal selling price (base price). Discounts are valid while supplies last or until withdrawn. We reserve the right to change discounts.

My online payment failed, what should I do?

We will send you a "Waiting for payment" status notification via email, which you can use to

  • try the payment again or
  • choose another payment method

or contact us so we can help you.

When will I receive my package?

EXPECTED DELIVERY

On the product page – under the “Add to Cart” button – we indicate the expected delivery date:

PACKAGE TRACKING

A link to track your package will be sent to the address provided in your order in an email with the subject “Under delivery - package tracking” upon delivery.

You can view the route and current location of your package by clicking on the package number.

Can I pay upon delivery?

NO

For international orders, we only offer online or advance payment options.

Is there a possibility of in-store pickup?

NO

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

YES

We issue an electronic invoice on the day of delivery – i.e. the day of delivery – which the billing system usually automatically sends to the address specified in the order in an email with the subject „A BioMenü invoice has been received” from 10 p.m.

Orders placed by noon on business days will be delivered on the same day, while orders placed at other times will be delivered on the next business day. In certain cases, such as during major promotions, a delay of one business day may occur.

You can view, download and print the invoice by clicking the „Download invoice” button.
