Organic Matcha Capsule is a green tea powder which has been used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies for nearly a millennium. It is made from tea leaves of Camellia Sinensis. The finest tea buds are picked and dried to create the fine milled powder which is then packed by a registered pharmaceutical manufacturer into capsules containing 500 mg of Organic Matcha powder. It has a unique and distinctive taste, with a hint of bitterness.

Dosage, recommended use, storage
One dose = 3-6 capsules

You can make traditional matcha tea by sifting 1-2 teaspoons (2-4 grams) of matcha powder into the cup, adding 60 ml of hot water and mixing with a bamboo whisk. You can also adjust the ratio of matcha powder to water to the desired consistency. For thinner tea, reduce the powder to half a teaspoon (1 gram) and mix with 90 to 120 ml of hot water. If you prefer a more concentrated version, mix 2 teaspoons (4 grams) of powder with just 30 ml of water. If you feel creative, you can also try matcha latte, pudding, or protein shakes to increase the nutrient content of your favorite recipes.

PESTICIDES
Organic Matcha Capsules complies with the requirements outlined in Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 (and consecutive amendments). It also complies with Soil Association strict organic farming standards. During the manufacturing process the product and the packaging materials are not exposed to pesticides or pesticide residues. Pesticides are not stored on site, nor used in the manufacturing or warehousing areas.
IRRADIATION
The product has not been irradiated and complies with the EU regulation 1999/3/EC.
RESIDUAL SOLVENTS
No residual solvents are used in the manufacturing process.
LEVEL OF UNDESIRABLE SUBSTANCES
The strictly controlled production process of Organic Matcha Powder ensures that the undesirable substances levels (heavy metals, PAH, mycotoxins, etc.) are below the limits identified by EU legislation (Commission regulation No 2073/2005, No 1881/2006 and consecutive amendments), including the recommendations provided by EFSA on food contaminants.
