Energizing smoothie with beetroot powder
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
- 200 g frozen raspberries (or other berries)
- 3-4 tsp. organic beetroot powder
- 2 dl water
- 3 dl 100% apple juice
- 3-4 tsp. organic chia seeds
Preparation suggestion
Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. If you want to drink it thinner, increase the amount of water and/or apple juice. When serving, sprinkle a teaspoon of chia seeds per serving to make it even more nutritious and healthy.
