- 400 ml plant milk (e.g. almond milk)

- 200 g frozen forest fruit mix
- 1 banana
- 2-3 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Put the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more plant-based milk for a smoother consistency.
