Forest Fruit Aronia Smoothie
A drink rich in antioxidants and protein

Forest fruit aronia smoothie
Ingredients (for approx. 3 servings)
- 2–3 tablespoons dried black chokeberry or organic black chokeberry powder
- 2 tablespoons chia protein powder
- 200 g frozen forest fruit mix
- 3–4 tablespoons honey
- 7–8 dl plant-based milk (e.g. almond, oat or coconut milk)
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Turn on the blender first on high and then on low until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
- When serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and add a few ice cubes to taste for a refreshing effect.
