Ingredients (for approx. 3 servings)

  • 2–3 tablespoons dried black chokeberry or organic black chokeberry powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia protein powder
  • 200 g frozen forest fruit mix
  • 3–4 tablespoons honey
  • 7–8 dl plant-based milk (e.g. almond, oat or coconut milk)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Turn on the blender first on high and then on low until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. When serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and add a few ice cubes to taste for a refreshing effect.
