Good night smoothie - glycine powder
Ingredients (for 1 larger serving)
- 1 banana (preferably ripe for natural sweetness)
- 250 ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1/3 tbsp glycine powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic pea protein powder
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- 5-8 almonds
Preparation suggestion
Soak the almonds in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then blend until smooth with the banana, almond milk, glycine powder, and softened almonds.
