Honey and ginger moringa tea
A vitamin-rich, warming drink for autumn days
This true autumn well-being elixir is the perfect choice for cool, gloomy days when a warming, immune-boosting drink can help replenish the body with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Moringa tea can be a natural source of energy that supports the body's defenses, while the harmonious flavor combination of ginger and honey has a refreshing and soothing effect.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of moringa powder
- ½ teaspoon of chopped ginger
- ½ tablespoon of honey (or to taste)
- ¼ lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
Boil the water, then add the ginger and cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes. Then remove from the heat, let it cool to approx. 70 °C and stir in the moringa powder. If you want a silkier texture, strain the tea and serve, then season with honey and lemon juice to taste. It has its soothing, vitalizing effect best when sipping it warm and slowly.
Tip: Regular consumption of honey-ginger moringa tea can contribute to maintaining natural energy levels, and is particularly recommended during cold periods due to its immune system-boosting effect.
