Miso Soup with Kelp

Miso soup with kelp algae
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 600 ml water
- 1 tbsp. miso paste
- 1 tsp. organic kelp algae powder
- 1-2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. organic chopped ginger
- 150 g tofu cubes
- 250 g soba noodles (or any noodles of your choice)
Preparation suggestion
Dilute the miso paste with warm water. Cook the soba noodles separately, then fry the tofu with the green onions and garlic in the oil. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. In the last few minutes, add the kelp algae powder and chopped ginger, then reduce the heat. Add the miso paste to the hot but not boiling soup, and finally stir in the noodles.
