Tulsi tea for chilly days
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- ½ teaspoon tulsi powder
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 piece of star anise
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 1 cl lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Preparation suggestion
Put the tulsi powder, rosemary, star anise and ginger in a cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5-6 minutes. Strain the tea, then add the honey or agave syrup and lime juice. The resulting hot drink is not only delicious, but also has stress-relieving and immune-boosting effects.
