Lime matcha smoothie with avocado
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
- 2 medium avocados flesh
- 2 ripe apples, cored and cut into pieces
- 2-3 cups cooked and cooled matcha tea
- 1.5-2 dl plant-based milk (e.g. almond milk)
- 1 lime squeezed juice + lime slices for decoration
Preparation
- Prepare the matcha tea and let it cool completely.
- Juice the lime and prepare the avocado: remove the seed and scrape out the flesh.
- Blend the avocado, apple, matcha tea, lime juice and plant-based milk into a smooth, creamy smoothie.
- Chill for at least an hour, then consume chilled, garnished with lime slices.
