Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 1 cup plant-based milk (e.g. coconut milk)
- 2 g organic triphala powder
- 1 tsp. melted organic cocoa butter
- 1 pinch each ground ginger and cinnamon
- Vanilla extract to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Preparation
Heat the plant-based milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, but do not boil. Add the melted cocoa butter and stir until completely melted. Sprinkle in the ground ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and triphala powder, then simmer for another 3–4 minutes. Once the drink has cooled slightly, pour it into a mug and sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
