Gluten-free homemade bread with baobab and plantain seed husk
Ingredients (for a loaf pan of approx. 25 cm)
- 200 g coconut flour
- 20 g baobab powder
- 20 g psyllium husk (ground into powder)
- 2 tsp. (gluten-free) baking powder
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 dl boiled water
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl olive oil
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly, then add the wet ingredients and assemble the dough.
- Line a loaf pan with baking paper, pour the mixture in and bake for about 40 minutes until the bread is completely firm.
