Iced matcha milkshake
A refreshing, antioxidant-rich drink

Iced matcha milkshake
Ingredients (for approx. 2 servings)
- 2 heaped teaspoons matcha tea powder (max. 10 g)
- 100 ml boiled water (to dissolve the matcha)
- 400-500 ml plant-based milk
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream (preferably low-sugar and low-fat)
- ice cubes for serving
Preparation
Mix the matcha powder with a little boiled water until smooth, then add the remaining water to get a frothy consistency. Then blend it with the plant-based milk, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla ice cream until completely smooth. When serving, add a few ice cubes and your refreshing, invigorating icy matcha milkshake is ready.
