Ingredients (for approx. 4 servings)

  • 1 heaped tbsp. organic matcha tea powder
  • 2 dl plant-based milk
  • 1 cup low-fat whipped cream
  • Sweetener to taste
  • 1 half avocado pit

Preparation suggestion

Mix the matcha powder with 1 dl milk until smooth. Cut the avocado in half, scrape out the pit, and blend with 1 dl milk. Whip the cream, then mix it with the matcha and avocado mixture to get a smooth, creamy consistency. Place the finished ice cream in the freezer for 3-4 hours. A double batch is recommended, as it sells out quickly.
