Pasta with chlorella pesto

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings)

• 350 ​​g gluten-free dry pasta (e.g. penne, spaghetti)
• 1 heaped tablespoon organic chlorella algae powder (12 g)
• 50 g fresh basil leaves
• 30 g toasted pine nuts
• 40 g grated parmesan
• 1 large clove garlic
• 1-1.5 dl extra virgin olive oil
• Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation suggestion

Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package. For the pesto, process the basil, pine nuts, parmesan, garlic and chlorella powder in a food processor or mortar, then slowly add the olive oil until you get a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper, toss the cooked pasta with it, and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
