Protein Good Morning Milkshake with Maca Root

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 teaspoon maca root powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons pea protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 dl plant drink (almond, oat or coconut milk)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation

The ingredients can be blended in a blender in 20–30 seconds to a creamy consistency. After a short 2–3 minute rest, the chia seeds naturally thicken the drink, making the breakfast protein shake even more filling.
