  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 3-4 tbsp. water (or plant-based milk)
  • 2 tbsp. organic cocoa butter (melted)
  • 3 tbsp. organic cocoa powder (+ approx. the same for rolling)

Preparation

  1. Pour the ingredients together in a food processor until you get a smooth, moldable mass.
  2. If the mass is too thick, add water or plant milk until you reach the right consistency.
  3. Form equal-sized balls and place them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  4. Roll the truffle balls in cocoa powder before serving.
